This Bethany semillon is essentially a medium to full bodied dry white wine, that delivers a richness in complexity and texture, allowing it to age well given the opportunity. With zesty aromas of grapefruit, apples and pears, and just a hint of lime, the palate comes through with delicate flavours of lemon, green apple, pear and gooseberries with a refreshingly crisp finish. The mid-palate extends those flavours with a nutty complexity that makes this wine a great match for pan-fried white fish, or Sydney rock oysters au naturale served with just a squeeze of lime.
