This is a great, balanced white blend from Leeuwin Estate in W.A. The aromas hit you with wonderfully aromatic and concentrated tropical fruits including honeydew melon, pineapple, mangosteen and fresh lime. Floral notes of jasmine and frangipani abound with subtle vanilla pod and cinnamon quills. The palate opens up to a fineness and softness with more tropical fruits, and subtle fig, which is threaded through with a vibrant and lively acid line. Hints of sweet spice provide layers of subtle complexity. Sashami, or seared tuna with a wasabi aioli awaits.
